The service we offer to our clients is a comprehensive, one to one, start to finish service.

From a clients initial contact with us, we select properties to suit their needs and requirements, take clients to view the properties they are interested in, and when our clients make a decision on a property they are happy with, we ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible with their purchase.

Unlike many other companies, we never false promise our clients. We always deliver the service we say we will so clients can feel safe in the knowledge that they have made the right choice for their Overseas Property Purchase.

• We do offer our clients the best in aftercare service; guidance on local laws, taxes, schooling, medical care, bank accounts etc
• We do source properties ourselves
• We do use due diligence to ensure that all properties we offer clients are above board, have the correct planning and building permission and are of first class quality
• We do care about our clients. We look after our clients from the moment they get in touch with us, to long after they have bought their property and maybe seeking additional advice and services
